Location: Palm Beach Depot, 808 NW Avenue L, Belle Glade, FL 33430 (serving the Palm Beaches, Lake Okeechobee, and routes across Southern Florida)
Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, in person, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends for on-call service and events
Local routes, home daily.
Drive our new, impeccably maintained tanker fleet.

What you'll do

• Safely operate a wastewater/septic tanker to pump holding tanks and portable sanitation equipment, and transport wastewater on assigned routes
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and keep your vehicle in excellent working condition
• Follow all DOT, safety, and company procedures for tanker operation and waste transport
• Give clients and site contacts friendly, professional service on every stop
• Document service activities, mileage, and any equipment issues
• Help with special events and VIP properties as needed

What we're looking for

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with tanker endorsement
• Clean driving record (required by our insurance and for access to client sites)
• Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screen
• Comfortable operating vacuum/pump equipment; prior tanker, septic, or vacuum truck experience preferred
• Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and pride in clean, well-kept equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather and handle physical tasks like lifting, pushing, and pulling
• A team player who's comfortable taking direction
• A plus: willingness to service portable toilets and restroom trailers, or to learn restroom trailer delivery and setup

Please note: A valid CDL with tanker endorsement and a clean driving record are required for this role due to our insurance requirements. Applicants with a suspended, revoked, or cancelled license, or without a tanker endorsement, won't be able to move forward.
