Welcome to Gemini Motor Transport!:  Gemini Motor Transport is a nationwide for-hire fuel, crude and specialty products motor carrier. Job Functions:

• Assist with title and registering new vehicles
• Help with renewing tags/registration semiannually
• File paperwork
• Communicate with vendors to assign trucks to stores
• Add new vendors in Accounts Payable
• Help with toll violations
• Other duties assigned as needed
• Submitting payments to dealerships
• Fill out Bill of Sale and notarize for sold vehicles
• Transport Pool/fleet Vehicles to various locations
• Coordinating Pickup and Delivery for Tireshop/Fleet vehicles

Education and Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous fleet management experience preferred 

Skills and Physical Demands:

• Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Microsoft Excel platforms.
• Soft Skills: Customer service skills; detail oriented; ability to clearly communicate through written and oral communication. the ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
