HVAC Sales Consultant – Boston Standard Company: Boston Standard Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Boston Standard is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their comfort needs, and recommend the right HVAC solutions for their homes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the HVAC industry, is comfortable selling in the home, and knows how to build trust with customers.

What You’ll Do

• Run company-provided residential HVAC sales leads
• Meet with homeowners and assess their HVAC needs
• Recommend replacement and upgrade options including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and central AC systems
• Prepare and present estimates and financing options
• Educate customers and clearly explain equipment and system options
• Follow up with customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Accurately document leads, estimates, follow-ups, and sold jobs in ServiceTitan
• Work closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff
• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and close-rate goals

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC or home services industry experience required
• Residential in-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and replacement options
• ServiceTitan experience required
• Proven ability to close sales and meet revenue goals
• Comfortable discussing financing and presenting multiple options
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with excellent follow-up
• Valid driver’s license
