We’re hiring a Regional Fleet Coordinator at our rental facility in Denver, CO (South) , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Salary range: $26-30/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with branch managers, regional drivers on equipment transportation between branches
  • Negotiate outside hauling costs for equipment transportation when unable to schedule internal regional drivers
  • Address and resolve transportation challenges when they arise in order to meet scheduled deliveries
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient processes are in place for timely and cost effective deliveries
  • Review, prepare, and route purchase orders
  • Ensure deliveries and pick ups are coordinated with safety as the main priority
  • Maintain high level of customer service with all customers 
  • Monitor drivers hours and scheduling for availability to cover delivery responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external partners 
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, email tools and comfortable with learning new technology 
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of construction equipment and rental industry
