IT IS A HOME

We need to always remember that although some sales and marketing techniques will overlap, new home sales is fundamentally different from general practice sales because we are stewards of the American Dream.  Families trust us to help them make one of the biggest investments of their life.  This responsibility should not be taken lightly.  We must avoid sales techniques that are manipulative or deceptive and always sell and market with integrity and honor. 

IT IS AN ARROW POINTING UP

In the first version the home had a chimney.  We decided to remove the chimney because we wanted the logo to look like an arrow going up.  This symbolizes our belief that it doesn’t have to take decades or even years to become great in new home sales.  Although we do value experience, we also value learning quickly and implementing what we learn to gain success quickly.  One of our goals is to provide educational content specific to new home sales that will help you to fast track to success in this business.

 The gold color of our logo is to symbolize success, energy, and achievement.  One of our goals is to feature the best of the best in new home sales industry, not only to honor and esteem them but to learn from them and grow as well.  We want you to go for GOLD! 

THE DOOR IS OPEN

This open door is to symbolize an open mind and heart.  One of our core beliefs is that there are many ways to the top and many ways to be successful in this business.  We believe that by keeping in open mind, learning from everyone and gaining different perspectives we will better thrive in todays competitive market.
